The position of the hotel was great and fantastic, very close to airport.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The hotel has big rooms complete with modern facilities. An electric kettle, a dishwasher, and refrigerators are a nice touch.

The staff were amicable yet not intrusive.

Everyone was friendly and helpful as well as owner. Appreciated a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle in the room. Kitchenette was an added bonus. The location of this hotel was excellent. The place was so close to Harmondsworth heart of the city.

They allowed us to leave earlier than planned and refunded us for the nights we didn't stay. the owner even gave us a flexible check-in option. the apartment was clean and had all the cooking facilities and a washer that we needed. It was also spacious and had great views of the planes. the location was convenient, with easy access to Heathrow Airport and nearby shopping options. a great place for both short and long stays.
